  This place seriously needs help. After a visit last year (not rated) and a visit this year, I don't imagine we will ever be returning. I get it. Wyoming has flies in the summer and there are going to be fly strips hung around, but seriously, having to duck and dodge them in a restaurant, such as we did last year? I probably should have my head examined for eating there at all last year.
  
  But...like a dumbass, there I was again this year, again, for purposes basically of expediency (it is right next to a very convenient rest stop, which is right on top of I-80). This time I ordered just the double bacon cheeseburger for myself and some chicken strips and fries for my son (both of these are very average). My wife had the mushroom onion something or other, which she seemed to like, same as with the Oreo shake thing.
  
  My burger featured a stunning selection of undercooked bacon and a single beef patty. Now, the beef was nothing to write home about, basically your frozen, pressed and processed, perfectly circular meat-ish substance, but I did happen to pay for a double and only got a single. Were I in less of a hurry and considerably more trusting in their capacity to do anything competently or thought they cared one way or another, I probably would have returned, but as it is, I will just need to seek elsewhere when trying to find food in Pine Bluffs.

  I walked into the a&w and ordered a chili dog and waited... About 10 minutes later the kid asks me what I ordered! When i thought he finally got it right he gave me a corn dog! I thought to myself hmmm I like corndogs but this was not what I ordered! And then when the kid brought my chili dog he sneezed basically all over it!

  My wife and I really like A&W restaurants, so we decided to give the one in Pine Bluffs a try.  I guess the "help wanted" sign in the window should have been the first sign that this wasn't going to be the greatest service.  We walk up to the counter, and after the lady behind the counter said hello, we said "how are you."  We get the reply of "I'm just ready to get out of here."  As I'm starting to order, the cashier tells me they are out of chili for their coney dog.  No problem, I order their double bacon cheeseburger meal with cheese curds.  I guess this is enough for the cook to throw a fit.  I then hear foul language from the cook followed by "go figure", then he slams the reach in cooler door.  He walks back from somewhere, throws a bag of cheese curds down on the counter, trying to make a scene.  This is the same guy who was giving directions a few minutes later, I'm assuming was the manager.  
  
  Anyhow, we get our food, and it was made properly.  The burger was good, nothing spectacular, but good.  The cheese curds were good, but my wife's Onion Rings tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for quite some time.  The food was good enough I would have probably went back, but after the temper tantrum from the cook, I think I'll pass next time.
